New Hampshire Franchisee Featured in Local Spotlight
MARCH 19, 2012
Here is an article featuring a new franchisee in New Hampshire. This is just a few of the Q&A's from the article.
Windham Patch: What made you want to pursue this business?
Daigle: I was really in a search for a business that I could include my children in. I've home-schooled my children for the last nine years. My oldest is in the first year of high school this year, my other three are still home here with me. I was really looking for a business that I could include them in a meaningful way, that they could really take part in, and that's how I came up with the Kona Ice franchise.
Windham Patch: What's the best part of your job?
Daigle: Definitely being able to work with my kids. When I came across this; I've been working on this project since last June when I first came across this franchise. Just the ability to be able to work with the kids and really give them that business experience that I was looking for – that's by far the best thing.

Kona Ice Konvention Video
Here is a brief idea of what goes on at our Kona Ice Konvention. Three days packed into 10 minutes...
Kona Kollege Begins
MARCH 5, 2012
Our first Kona Kollege was & is a great new program Kona Ice has to offer!
We had 23 brand new franchisees, from California to New Hampshire, getting their minds filled with Kona knowledge. In three days we hit subjects on mixing, going over the KEV, graphics & signage, marketing techniques, business strategies, social media marketing, & of course...making the PERFECT Kona!
From there we had eight of the franchisees drive away in their brand new 2012 KEV!
We are already looking forward to the next Kona Kollege, March 26, & looking forward to you joining the Kona Ice Experience.
